When sending application information online, the site automatically switches to secure mode. This is evident by the https URL. Use an updated browser and look for secure browser indicators when sending information online.
Important notice for your safety
ProBank will never contact you and ask for personal financial or identifying information over the phone, by text, or by email. If contacted by someone claiming to work for ProBank and asking for personal financial information, hang up and call 850-681-PRO1 (7761) to report the activity.
Debit Card Security
If your card is lost or stolen, customers should call a bank office or the bankline.
Customers may also report a lost or stolen card in online banking under Options Tab -> ATM Debit Card Tab by checking Lost or Stolen.
Identity Theft
Customers who become victims of identity theft should contact ProBank and review the bank's identity theft guidance.
